Return Process

  Return to Store or Ship

  Drop off your items at any Gills Building Supplies location or arrange for a freight pickup for oversized materials like lumber and brick.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
